Grass-fed, locally raised whole lamb from Sonoma County, processed to your specifications. A $200 non-refundable deposit is due at checkout to reserve your lamb and will be applied toward the final total. The remaining balance is calculated at $9 per pound hanging weight, with lambs averaging up to 60 pounds hanging weight. Processing will be done at Willow Side Meat, where customers will pick up their lamb once completed. Customers are responsible for paying the cut and wrap (processing) fee, which is typically around $80, directly to the processor, along with any additional processing options they choose.
